A: SIS, Inc. provides our clients with on-site Technical Representatives (full time or part time) to provide customer and product support at their customer facilities. The Technical Representatives are local liaisons who generally live within a 60 mile radius of the customer facility. The representatives are available to our client and their customer on a 24/7 365 days per year. Typically, Technical Representatives are part time employees being used by a client to help with customer interface and product quality support.
Q: What kind of Technical Representation support does SIS, Inc. provides?
A: This is largely dependent upon your specific needs and requirements. SIS, Inc. matches up an individual’s qualification, background and work experience with your specific requirements. For example; if you need an individual with metal stamping, assembly or power train experience, an engineering degree, capable of working 10 to 20 hours per week and are available 24/7; we search for a candidate that meets these requirements near your customer’s facility.

A: We expect and encourage that our clients would want an opportunity to interview and evaluate the recommended candidate or candidates. Once SIS, Inc. has extensively interviewed and qualified a candidate, we will make our recommendations to you for your review and determination.
Q: How long does it take SIS, Inc. to find a qualified Technical Representative?
A: This is largely depended upon your specific needs and requirements including the location of the assignment. It can typically take between two weeks to four weeks to match up a qualified candidate. Please be assured, our SQD group will respond quickly and promptly to your request.
